Responsibilities:

• Efficiently dispatch tow truck drivers to various locations based on customer requests and priority.
• Monitor incoming calls and respond promptly to inquiries, providing exceptional customer service.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and safe arrival at destinations.
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched calls, including relevant details such as customer information, location, and service provided.
• Resolve any operational issues and communicate updates effectively to both drivers and customers.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize the dispatching process and enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching or a similar role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with towing services or the automotive industry is a plus.
