Position: Tow Truck Driver

Responsibilities:

• Operate a tow truck to safely and efficiently transport vehicles to designated locations.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls and prioritize assignments based on customer needs.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to maintain a high level of safety and professionalism.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure proper working condition and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and maintain detailed records of each service provided.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize routes and maximize efficiency.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in towing or a related field is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work day shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical fitness to perform the duties of the job, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
